Our policy allows returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Burned candles and other used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Ineligible Returns

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified number of days. Please note that only delivery charges will be deducted from your refund amount in all cases.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@alwatnitraders.com.
